4 Chicken Wing Recipes 🍗🔥
1. Honey Garlic Wings 🍯🧄
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
Honey Garlic Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp sesame oil, optional
Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Instructions:
Pat the wings dry with paper towels.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, baking powder, and oil.
Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy.
In a pan, melt butter and add garlic.
Add honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes until glossy.
Toss the crispy wings in the sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
2. Buffalo Wings 🌶️
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
Buffalo Sauce:
1/2 cup hot sauce
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Dry the wings well.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, baking powder, and oil.
Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Melt butter in a pan.
Add hot sauce, honey, and garlic powder.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Toss the crispy wings in the buffalo sauce.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
3. BBQ Wings 🍖
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
BBQ Glaze:
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, optional
Instructions:
Pat the wings dry.
Season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, baking powder, and oil.
Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 40 minutes.
Mix BBQ sauce, honey, butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a pan.
Simmer until glossy.
Brush the wings with BBQ glaze.
Return to the oven for 5–8 minutes until sticky and caramelized.
4. Lemon Pepper Wings 🍋
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp baking powder
2 tbsp oil
Lemon Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp black pepper
Fresh parsley, optional
Instructions:
Dry the wings very well.
Season with salt, lemon pepper, garlic powder, baking powder, and oil.
Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
Mix melted butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, and black pepper.
Toss the hot crispy wings in the lemon butter sauce.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
