Sheet Pan Low-Carb Blackened Seafood & Sausage Bowl
Bold, smoky, and loaded with flavor — this low-carb seafood bowl is packed with juicy shrimp, smoky sausage, roasted veggies, and creamy guacamole. An easy sheet pan dinner that feels fresh, hearty, and totally irresistible!
Ingredients
For the Seafood & Sausage
1 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
14 oz smoked sausage, sliced
2 chicken thighs, cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
Blackening Seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Bowl
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 cups coleslaw mix
1 avocado, mashed
1 tbsp lime juice
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Toss shrimp, sausage, and chicken with olive oil and seasoning until evenly coated.
Spread everything onto the sheet pan in a single layer.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway through, until shrimp are cooked and sausage is caramelized.
Mash avocado with lime juice for a quick guacamole.
Fill serving bowls with lettuce and coleslaw mix.
Top with roasted shrimp, sausage, chicken, and a scoop of guacamole.
Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm.
