Crusty mini baguettes made with no sugar, no eggs, just real ingredients the way bread should be.
Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (or bread flour)
3/4 cup warm water (around 110Β°F)
1 tsp salt
1 packet active dry yeast (2 1/4 tsp)

Directions:

1. In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour and salt. Pour in the yeast mixture and stir until a shaggy dough forms.

3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

4. Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

5. Preheat oven to 475Β°F. Place an empty pan on the bottom rack (for steam).

6. Punch down the dough and divide into 3–4 pieces. Shape into mini baguettes and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let rest for 20 minutes.

White Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients :

8-10 flour tortillas (soft taco size).
2 cups of cooked and shredded chicken.
2 cups of shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
3 tbsps of butter.
3 tbsps of flour.
2 cups of chicken broth.
1 cup of sour cream.
1 (4 oz) can of diced green chiles

Instructions :

Mix the chicken with 1 cup of cheese then roll up in tortillas and place in a 9Γ—13 sprayed pan (seam side down).

Melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat then whisk in the flour and cook for 1 minute while stirring. Add in the broth and whisk until smooth.

Once the sauce is thickened, turn off the heat and add in sour cream and chilies and mix until all combined.

Pour the sauce over the enchiladas and top with the remaining cheese.

In a preheated oven to 350Β°, bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Easy, peasy and delicious! The tortillas filled with chicken, the sauce the cheese… Honestly guys, I fell in love with this recipe, you should definitely give it a try, it’s worth it.

- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of onion powder

- 1 teaspoon of black pepper

- 1/4 cup of milk
- Vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
2. In another bowl, beat eggs with milk to create an egg wash.

Ingredients

1 lb (450g) chicken tenders or boneless chicken breast strips

1 cup breadcrumbs or panko (for extra crunch)

Β½ cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Β½ tsp smoked paprika

Β½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

Cooking spray or a little oil (for crispiness)

1/2 cup cornstarch

2 eggs, beaten πŸ₯š

Salt & black pepper to taste

Oil for frying

For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

3 tbsp honey 🍯

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp ketchup πŸ…

1 tbsp vinegar
