6th Year Running — Another Remarkable Success
Against all odds, with strong winds and heavy rain throughout the week, this year’s installation stood resilient and truly shone.

Over 20,000 visitors experienced the installation from the viewing platform alone, as more than 4,600 handmade firebowls were carefully placed over three days — each one contributing to a breathtaking, tranquil atmosphere that warmed the heart of our capital city ♥️ Valletta!

This achievement would not have been possible without our exceptional team. A heartfelt thank you to Sarah Cesareo, Maria Zerafa, Julian Abela, Elaine Abela, and every member of the crew for your unwavering dedication, hard work, and meticulous attention to detail. Together, we created something truly unforgettable and managed to captivate thousands.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to the Valletta Cultural Agency and its Chairman, Mr Jason Micallef, for their continued trust and support.

Here’s to another year of passion, perseverance, and beauty brought to life.

As night falls over St George's Square, the heart of Valletta is transformed into a sea of flickering light. Hundreds of handmade firebowls come alive, casting a warm, golden glow that invites silence, reflection and reverence. Another year, another striking installation, rooted in Maltese holy week tradition, which turns the square into a powerful space of contemplation - where craftsmanship meets faith, and every flame tells a story of devotion and unity.

Minn nhar l-Erbgħa l-1 ta' April, tirritorna l-Mixegħla tal-Ġimgħa Mqaddsa fi Pjazza San Ġorġ, il-Belt Valletta, imtella' mill-Aġenzija Kulturali għall-Belt Valletta.

Din l-installazzjoni artistika u reliġjuża profonda, magħmula minn Keith Zerafa, ta' kull sena tittratta disinn ġdid u oriġinali li joħloq spazju intimu u ta' riflessjoni fil-qalba tal-Belt Valletta matul dawn il-ġranet sagri, u saret waħda fost id-diversi tradizzjonijiet reliġjużi li jistgħu jitgawdew ġewwa l-Kapitali tagħna matul dan iż-żmien.

Nistednukom tqattgħu ftit mumenti tapprezzaw dan ix-xogħol u tradizzjonijiet oħrajn ġewwa l-Belt Valletta matul din il-ġimgħa.
