Tribute to Mr. Ramesh Newol (โBolom Rameshโ)
Today, I have lost much more than an employee. I have lost a loyal friend, a trusted companion, and someone who was like family to me.
Mr. Ramesh Newol, affectionately known to all of us as Bolom Ramesh, started working with my late father, L. Kalachand, when he was only 12 years old. He dedicated his entire life to our family and our business.
When I took over the company in May 2006 Ramesh came under my direct responsibility. Over the years, our relationship became far more than employer and employee. He became my right hand man, my confidant, and one of the closest people in my life.
For the past 20 years, he has lived and worked closely with me. He was present through every important moment, including the birth and growth of my two daughters, who knew him as part of our family.
Ramesh was more than a staff member, he was closer to me than many relatives. His loyalty, honesty, dedication, and kindness are qualities that are rare to find.
His favorite way of addressing me was simply, โPatron.โ
Hearing that word again will never be the same.
Ramesh, your passing has left a huge void in my heart. I still cannot accept that you are no longer with us.
You will be deeply missed, forever remembered, and always loved.
Rest in Peace, Bolom Ramesh.
