Representatives from Deco Houze, Deco Hub, and Deco Furniture, under the Irdeco Group, participated in an industry visit to ARCHIDEX at MITEC Kuala Lumpur . The visit aimed to explore the latest innovations, emerging design trends, and advanced technologies in architecture, interior design, furnishing, and building materials.🏢

Throughout the exhibition, the team engaged with industry professionals, manufacturers, and suppliers to gain valuable market insights, discover new products and solutions, and identify potential business collaborations. The visit also provided an opportunity to benchmark industry best practices and strengthen Irdeco Group's commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality, and customer-focused solutions.🎯

TREASURE HUNT MERDEKA x MONTHLY GATHERING IRDECO GROUP 🇲🇾

Penuh dengan gelak tawa, semangat berpasukan dan kemeriahan! 🎉 Monthly Gathering Irdeco Group kali ini dimeriahkan dengan aktiviti Treasure Hunt Merdeka sempena Bulan Kemerdekaan.

Setiap kumpulan berjaya mengharungi pelbagai cabaran di setiap checkpoint seperti Siapakah Saya, Roti Jala Merdeka, Kod Rahsia dan Teka Simpulan Bahasa. Setiap permainan menguji kreativiti, komunikasi dan semangat bekerjasama antara semua Decorians.

Majlis turut diserikan dengan sambutan ulang tahun kelahiran CEO Irdeco Group, Tuan Haji Ahmad Irwan Bin Ariffin. 🎂🎁 Terima kasih atas kepimpinan dan inspirasi yang sentiasa diberikan. Terima kasih kepada Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (MTIB) atas kesudian mengadakan kunjungan ke fasiliti baharu Irdeco Group di Alor Setar.

Lawatan ini merupakan satu penghormatan buat kami dan menjadi platform bermakna untuk berkongsi perkembangan fasiliti baharu yang sedang dibangunkan bagi memperkukuhkan kapasiti pengeluaran serta memenuhi permintaan yang semakin meningkat terhadap produk perabot keluaran Deco Furniture.

Sebagai antara pengeluar perabot Bumiputera yang terus berkembang, kami amat menghargai peluang untuk bertukar pandangan bersama pihak MTIB dalam usaha memperkasakan industri perkayuan dan pembuatan perabot tempatan. Sokongan serta pandangan yang dikongsikan menjadi suntikan semangat buat kami untuk terus melangkah ke hadapan dengan lebih yakin.

What you see today is more than just a booth cart. It was built from raw materials by our Furniture Team, who carefully crafted it from the ground up with passion and dedication.

Our Design Team turned the idea into reality, our Electrical Team handled all the wiring and power installation, our Furnishing Team added the finishing touches, and our Media Team captured every moment throughout the journey.

Every piece, every detail, and every effort reflects the teamwork behind this project.

Alhamdulillah, another meaningful learning session completed! 📚✨

Irdeco Group held the Irdeco Continuous Learning Programme (ICLP) on 11 and 18 July 2026, organised by our Human Resources Department.

This session focused on “Time Management Skills to Increase Your Organization’s Productivity.” Through group learning videos, Decorians explored how to prioritise important tasks, focus on high-value goals, manage time wisely, view situations from different perspectives and achieve better results at work.

The programme ended on a fun note with an interactive Quiz Challenge, giving everyone a chance to test what they had learned.

We hope this session encourages every Decorian to work smarter, build better habits and use their time more effectively as we continue growing together.

Alhamdulillah, as part of our Monthly Gathering, IRDECO Group recently held our Brisk Walk Programme at Tasik Darul Aman, Jitra, bringing Decorians together for a morning of fitness, teamwork, and learning.💪✨

The programme started with a briefing and warm-up session before our Group Managing Director (GMD) officially flagged off the brisk walk. Along the route, Decorians took part in three fun checkpoints filled with games and team activities that encouraged teamwork, communication, and lots of positive energy.

The final checkpoint ended with a reflection on the E-Latih: Communication at Workplace training, followed by the official Launch of Decorians Week by our GMD. The excitement continued with a special announcement, where this programme will now officially become part of our monthly Decorian activities, giving us even more opportunities to stay active, connect, and grow together!

At Irdeco Group, we believe that taking care of our Decorians goes beyond the workplace. Through our activities like this, we continue to stay active, learn together, and support one another as we build a stronger team and a better future. ✨
