The MHouse Interior renovation embrace the essence of tropical living well suited as a retirement home for the client. The design was inspired by the existing outdoor brick facade which then brought in the tactile, earthy materials indoors - celebrating warmth, familiarty and locality.

Reusing the original brick elements, the project preserves the home's character then paired with rattan textures, soft lighting and greenery turning the interior into calm sanctuary.

Gotchu24 was envisioned as a lively spot where visitors can enjoy a new kind of shopping experience, particularly in Kota Kinabalu. The design aimed to make the most of its small and challenging space, fitting in a wide variety of products. Bright, harmonious colours create a unique atmosphere, with every part of the interior allow interaction between shoppers and the space.

Envisioned as a single-storey house, the design seeks to integrate contemporary architecture and a harmonious blend of locally sourced materials, fostering a harmonious relationship with the surrounding environment.

The initial concept is to create a house that can cater both private and guest spaces without compromising spatial divisions. The design incorporates lush landscaping that surrounds the house in a green and natural environment.
