Our second completed mansion project at The Mansions, Desa ParkCity — and this one pushed us in the best way possible.
From concept to completion, every decision was made with intention. The brief was modern luxury — clean lines, refined metal accents, premium materials, and a sense of scale that feels both grand and liveable. Not just beautiful to look at. Beautiful to live in.
Every piece of cabinetry in this home is fully custom-built by DEzeno — from the living room display units and kitchen cabinets to the walk-in wardrobe and full storage system. Designed around how the homeowner actually lives, not just how the space looks in photos.

When the lights come on in the evening — this is what we worked towards. 🌙

Every detail in this living space was intentional.

The warm LED cove lighting that wraps the ceiling. The floor-to-ceiling windows pulling in the city dusk. The full-length floating TV console in matte white. The oversized cream sofa that anchors the whole room without saying a word.

And at the entrance — a full-height storage cabinet paired with a floating drawer unit. Clean. Functional. The kind of thing you don't notice until it's not there.
