【Nyonya Curry Puff 娘惹咖喱角】
1.Diced onion, chicken breast & potatoes. Stir fry all with curry powder, water, salt, sugar & curry leaves.
2.Prepare water dough (400g flour, 30g margarine, water 250ml, salt) & oil dough (200g flour, 150g butter). Roll twice & slice according to video.
3. Wrap with curry fillings & deep fry till golden brown.
