On 3rd February (Wednesday), starting at 9:30 AM, we visited Quest Integrity, a vendor of Petronas, along with UCSI students, to explore their advanced techniques and contributions to corrosion studies in chemical plant pipelines.

It was an insightful experience connecting academic knowledge with real-world applications in pipeline integrity and corrosion engineering.

We’re very glad to announce that our students of SEGi chemical engineering department, Eshwarr G. Sivakumar, Jonathan Ng Wai Chung, Tan Wai Hong, and Mohamed Mesud Abdelkadir, have aced in the 12th IEM Chemical Engineering Design Competition 2024, as a team. Congratulations to them and their lecturers Ir. Dr. Mohd. Faizan Jamaluddin, Ir. Kenneth Yeoh, Ir. Choo Chee Ming, and Ir. Dr. Lee Siong Hoong, who guided them through this challenge. This event is organised in support of the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG): SDG 4, SDG 7 and SDG 9.
