Istanbul, Turkiye was one of Mama Bear’s late father’s favourite cities. He would return from his travels and share stories of its beauty, culture, and heritage.

Inspired by the presence of Turkish carpets in castles and homes across cities, and as a dedication to her father - we created this design rooted in Turkey’s timeless carpet artistry.

Crafted with traditional Kilim carpet motifs by a Turkish luxury rug designer, - then with full dedication, we engineered the playmat in Korea to obtain the highest safety standards and comfort, The Dream Whisperer playmat were born.

Beloved by many parents and currently sold out, Kelaraiku Sayang is a design inspired by the timeless art of weaving found across cultures around the world.

To bring this vision to life, we collaborated with a dedicated design team from the UK, specialising in geometric surface patterns and prints. Designed to resemble an authentic woven rug, each kelarai motif was meticulously hand-drawn stroke by stroke and carefully shaded in contrasting tones to create depth, texture, and a beautifully rustic character.

The result is a playmat that feels both classic and contemporary - blending heritage-inspired artistry with modern living.
