The owner remembers his first exper

ience with barbecues in his travels around the world. "The first time I see lots of men getting together for a barbeque, I was immediately hooked," says the owner. " In fact , it was more than thatโ€ฆ.., its not just the techniques, what appealed most about barbecuing is people gathering around with a drink in hand, talking, laughing and enjoying themselves while the food sizzles over smoldering logs. That is very intimate and comfortable social gathering in the true sense of the word. It is like an addiction or obsession to some โ€ฆ.." Hence he decided that he would one day bring this lifestyle of the outdoor cooking back home to Malaysia. Just 3 years later, they appear to have done that and more. Ironically, theres something elemental about open-fire cooking. The beautiful thing about barbecuing is that even people with the most hard-core "I cant cook" attitudes are unable to resist the excitement of cooking over an open fire. Grilling shouldnt mean burnt steak, scorched chicken and other charred remains. Say goodbye to all that. Say hello to great grilled food every time.
