PROCEDURES
1. Sieve your flour in a clean bowl.
2. Sieve in your milk flavor.
3. Add your nutmeg
4. Add your salt
5. Add your powdered milk if in use
6. Add your baking powder
7. Add your sugar
Note: it does not matter which one comes first, you are just adding the dry ingredients
8. Mix all together properly .
9. Add your margaine and mix by rubbing it in with your palm.
10. Make a hole at the center and add your egg then mix properly.
11. Add your liquid evaporated milk and mix.
12. Add water gradually and mix to form a dough.
13. Knead a little then roll out on a surface with your rolling pin then cut to desired shape
and size.
14. Heat up your groundnut oil and pour your chin chin dough and fry till golden brown.
