Easy Sesame Candy with just 4 ingredients

Sesame seeds washed and destoned 400g
Sugar 150 to 200g
Ground Soya (optional) 1 or 2 Tablespoons
Fried peanut (optional) 2 to 3 Tablespoons

METHOD
1_ Wash the sesame seeds and make sure to destoned and then dry it. Destoning is number one secret to enjoying your delicious Sesame seed candy
2 _Once it has dried, bring it onto a heat in a frying and dryfry until it's well fried but not burnt. Remove from the frying pan and set aside.
3 _In the same pan go in with the sugar and cook until the sugar desolve and it begins to caramelize, Now lower the heat so that your sugar doesn't get over cooked and start to taste bitter and Then go in with the Sesame and Peanut and then Sprinkle the Soya powder all over, give everything a very good mix so they can marry well.
4 _Grease a tray with butter or margarine
Then turn candy onto the the tray while it is still hot, bind and press it together then flatten and cut to your desire shape, this last part has to be done fast while your candy is still hot once it gets cold you won't be able to achieve much now allow to cool so that it can set before serving l.
And just like that your rich sesame candy is READY TO GO
