So my parish priest reached out, that he wanted a cake for his 19th priestly anniversary, he added that since it’s not a round figure anniversary, he wanted a simple but nice cake.

I feel it’s high time I address this😡

One random lady seeing me trying to take pictures of a cake I just made.
She’s like “wow, this cake is beautiful, how much does it cost?”
I told her the price and she proceeded to ask if she can get it in a bigger size or another design, and I said yes.
She said she wanted to see samples of how it looks like.
Me abandoning everything I was doing to show her samples, she finally saw the one she likes and we negotiated price and came to an agreement.

Me to her: When do you need the cake, when exactly is the birthday?
The lady: April🙄
Me: wondering if it’s the april that has passed or there’s another April in front🙄
And she was like “I know it has passed, but I’m asking for next year”🤦🏾‍♀️.
Next year how naaa???

I was just speechless, because if i talk now, it will be that i spoke rudely to a potential client.
Because why the hell will you stress me to show you samples and you even negotiated price for a birthday that is not even this year?🤦🏾‍♀️
Like why???

I’m posting this here, because A lot of you do it too.
Please, if you are one of them, stop it today!!!
Because It is not a good act at all.

The fact that I’m doing business, does not mean you should stress the hell out of me😩I am also someone’s child.
If you are not ready to place an order for anything, please don’t engage me in conversations that will give me hope. Let’s all be guided please✌️

Well this client texted that she attended that birthday party and after eating the cake, she really liked it and asked for my number, because her son’s birthday was just a week away, and she needed a cake as nice as that for him.
Come and see me blushing while she spoke na🤭😍because why not??

Well, long story cut short, she sent a picture of what she wanted and we negotiated and she made payment ASAP🤭🤭
Clients that don’t stress me have a special place in my heart for real🤭😍😍.

And just like we always do, we delivered!!!🤭❤️
