PROJECT UPDATE | ABULE ADO RENOVATION
At our Abule Ado project, we are currently carrying out the formwork for the lintel while also installing a continuous lintel chain across all the internal walls.
Every reinforcement bar has been carefully positioned according to specification before we take our final levels.
Some people see this process as unnecessary and choose to skip it to reduce costs, but that can compromise the long-term performance of the building.
A properly chained lintel system improves the overall structural integrity of the building by tying the walls together, helping to distribute loads more evenly.
It also minimises the risk of cracks caused by normal building settlement and provides a stronger, more stable structure for years to come.
At Sleeks Interiors & Home Decor Ltd, we never compromise on quality.
We believe every stage of construction matters because the strength of a building lies in the details you don't always see.
Stay tuned as we continue to share the progress of this transformation.
