Before squeezing, roll the fruit firmly on your chopping board for 15–20 seconds
Or
Microwave it for 10–15 seconds (if it's at room temperature)

πŸ‹ The heat softens the fruit's membranes
πŸ‹ Rolling breaks up the juice sacs inside
πŸ‹ You'll get noticeably more juice with less effort

Cutting Tip:
Cut the fruit lengthwise (from top to bottom) instead of across the middle. Many people find this releases even more juice

Many people eat clay without knowing the hidden risks. Before your next bite, ask yourself: Is this craving helping my body
or harming it?

I remember when i was so add!cted to eating clay every week, i enjoyed every bite... But it was doing something i couldn't imagine to my body

My blood was drying up
My stool became so hard ( I had to struggle to p**p )
My nutrients were draining
I started looking pale and malnourished
Bacteria and parasites taking over my gut

I couldn't pinpoint where my problem was coming, until a close friend advised me to quit clay consumption

I did, everything changed, the skin color became more alive, my blood became red and full again, constipation stopped

Have you ever tried this method of fried yam called " Garlic Butter Fried Yam "?
Com" on let's take a look πŸ˜‰

Ingredients:
Yam
Flour
Butter
Garlic
Pepper
Parsley
Seasoning / salt

Garlic Butter Fried Yam Recipe
- Peel and cut yam into fries or cubes and boil for 5–7 minutes with a pinch of salt
Drain water from the yam and set aside

- Melt 2 tbsp butter, flour, add 2 cloves minced garlic, add in ground fresh pepper, add in seasoning and stir/mix properly for 1 minute

- Sprinkle in parsley (optional) for extra flavor

- Toss the hot boiled yam into the garlic butter mixture and fry until golden and crispy

πŸ”₯ Secret Tip:
Add the garlic after melting the butter, not before, to keep it fragrant and prevent burning
