It’s snail season 🐌❤️ and I decided to make good use of it by preparing this delicious Snail Egusi Soup with Goat Meat and Swallow for my family. 🤤🍲🔥

There’s something so special about preparing a rich pot of Egusi soup and watching everyone gather around the table to enjoy it. ❤️ This one was packed with snails, tender goat meat and all the goodness that makes Egusi soup so satisfying! 😋

Honestly, this is one of those meals my family can never say no to. 🥹❤️ And during snail season, I definitely have to take advantage of it!
