1. This is a pre-order platform where we come together as partners to complete MOQ to meet manufacturers' supply quantity.

2. We buy directly from manufacturers overseas and imported via shipping/flight.*

3. Importation takes within 45 days - 60 days of waiting.

4. Shipping/flight fees are determined on arrival and customers MUST pay a fee before items are picked-up or delivered to the customer's respective locality.

5. We deliver products locally from LAGOS/ACCRA to all over the country. All local delivery fees are bound by the customer.

6. All payment receipts are double checked before delivery/pickup. Customers are expected to keep all items' payment receipt prior to review before pick up.

7. Shipping/flight fee MUST be paid within 10days of goods arrival to port' thereby avoiding demurrage.
