A true Naija classic, rich in taste & packed with goodness! Here’s how to make it:

Ingredients:
🥩 Assorted meat & fish,stock fish
🫘 Ground egusi seeds
🦐 Crayfish & pepper
🫒 Palm oil
🌿 Ugu or spinach
🧂 Salt & seasoning cubes

Method:
1️⃣ Fry ground egusi in palm oil till grainy.
2️⃣ Add stock, meat & fish.
3️⃣ Season with crayfish, pepper & cubes.
4️⃣ Add veggies last 🌿 and simmer.

🔥 Best enjoyed with pounded yam, eba, or semo.
