Breakfast is the most important meal of the day⦠but what you eat can either fuel you or drain you.
Few days ago, I noticed something interestingā¦
A few people grabbed fruit juice as their first ābreakfast" after a long our hours of service.
While it sounds healthy, starting your day with just fruit juice isnāt the best move,itās mostly sugar (even if natural), low in fiber, and can still lead to energy crashes and cravings.
If the goal is steady energy, better focus, and a healthier lifestyle, here are 3 common breakfast categories to avoid.
Sugary foods & drinks
Flavored cereals, pastries, sweetened coffee, even fruit juice on its ownā¦
They cause a quick sugar rush, followed by an energy crash.
Refined carbs (empty calories)
White bread, pancakes, noodlesā¦
Low in fiber, so they donāt keep you full for long.
Heavy, greasy foods
Fried, oily mealsā¦
They leave you feeling sluggish instead of energized.

Better breakfast choices? Think BALANCE
Protein
Eggs, Greek yogurt, peanuts, beans
Fiber
Oats, fruits (whole, not just juice), chia seeds, whole grains
Healthy fats
Avocado, nuts, seeds
The goal isnāt just to eat in the morning⦠itās to eat right.
Because how the day starts? It shows in your energy, focus, and even your cravings later.
š Choose better. Your body will thank you.
