Yesterday, while we were installing curtains, my dad came around to see me.

My boy had told me he could install the scaffold because this one was different from what we had used in the past. So he and a few others put it together and we got to work.

My dad happened to be in the neighbourhood and came to say hi. The moment he saw the scaffold, he screamed:

“WHO DID THIS? You people will fall from there!” 😂

Before I knew it, Daddy had joined us and was assisting with the work.

And honestly, each time people ask me, “Where do you get the strength to run your home, business, travel, take care of family and still keep going?”

I always laugh.

Because I got that strength from HIM.

I was a serious Daddy’s girl growing up. I spent so much time with my dad, and I remember doing furniture work with him all day. That was where I unknowingly developed this “masculine energy” people always talk about.

The strong head. The strong heart. The ability to keep going. The fearlessness. The “let me just do it” attitude.

There was even a time I started resenting him because while my brothers were around, Daddy would still give ME some of the tasks meant for them.

But today, I understand.

He was preparing me.

He made me strong. He made me fearless. He gave me a lion heart.

So whenever you ask me, “Why do you behave like a man?” 😂

Well… go and ask my father. ❤️

Yesterday was another reminder that behind this strong woman you see today is a little Daddy’s girl who learned how to be strong beside her father. ❤️

I didn’t just visit a Hotel Linen factory—I went there to understand how we can do better.

During my factory tour, I paid close attention to the production process, quality control, finishing, packaging, and the areas where we can improve.

At Fomeg, we are constantly learning, sourcing better, and improving our products because your money deserves quality.

This trip is not just about buying from China.

It’s about bringing back better products, better designs, and better value for our customers. ❤️

Fomeg is improving, and we are only getting started.
