My idea was to create a very simple-looking lampshade that fits any interior. And with the small details, I wanted to make it possible to personalize them for the taste of the new owners. From the beginning, I was certain to work with . They manufacture these beautiful cables by hand in Hungary. After long consideration, I selected four that can go well with eighter the white or the black shades. And for the ceiling rosetta, I choose beech wood. It can be painted any color but if it says untreated it looks stunning as well.

The biggest happiness of all time is seeing my lamps finding their new homes. I shot these pictures when they were still renovating the apartment. I came and pretended to help a bit. But it was almost ready and the lamps were already up. And the best thing ever is that they put my lamps in all the rooms. I show here the latest collection. But the funny thing is that my friend collected lamps since I started to make them. So basically in this apartment, you can find almost all series and they perfectly fit each other.

The best part of all was the atmosphere. Having all these nice people for sometimes just a mulled wine, and other times for a chat was truly motivating.

Preparing for my first pop-up shop was exciting and overwhelming at the same time. But I have to say it was a really good deadline to finish finally everything. Until this point, I was thinking only about the lamps but this time I had to figure out a display. In the end, I was really happy with how it turned out. And after figuring out all the little details like the cables, fittings, and rosettes, I had to think about packaging. I was trying to make it without plastic. Finding paper tape, bubble wrap from cardboard, and a natural rope was a challenge but I did it. So the packaging is plastic free.

I love how these small ones came to life. It was like an accident. I needed something to fill up the space next to the big ones. But as soon as I saw what is coming to life I fall in love. The whole process of making them and mounting the pieces together is so much joy. And as usual, they come in pairs. The black shade is with white cable, switch, and plug. And the white shade is the other way around. And I made this limited edition in terracotta. I wanted to have a little experiment. But as much as I love the original color of clay, I will go back only to work with black and white. Maybe if on huge demand I will change my mind.

With the tall shape, the lightbulb is hiding deep inside the shade. With this shape in the middle, you can choose a smaller lightbulb so it hides in the form, or let it be visible with a nice big bulb.

The shades are not painted or glazed. I love the natural matt surface of the fired clay. In my own opinion, beauty lies in all the small differences between these shades. Each and every time I use the same method and material but in the end, life comes in unexpected details. The small cracks and bends that are totally unconscious are the ones that make these products unique. I work with these different colors of clay but in my experience, the color of the light depends more on the lightbulb and the surroundings.
