Why just one piece when three is also possible? I finished this custom project a little while ago, and I love the rhythm of these three together! 🧡

Also a fun personal touch was the darker frame, to match with the wood colors in the customer's interior. Love the look of these walnut colored frames with the dark red. 💫

This was such a fun evening to be part of! 💫 Last Friday was 'Kunst om te proeven', an event organised by . A full circle experience, where you could view the art of 4 artists and eat a dish inspired by their work. 🍽

Next to my work were also the works of .jpg, and .nl. My work was the inspiration for the main course which was all about texture!

Thank you for the lovely evening, and thanks to and for the amazing food 🧡

These new pieces left my studio last week to head to for a really fun event this Friday June 5th! ✨️ Join a dinner that's not just tasty, but also triggering your visual senses. Each dish will be a beautiful artwork itself, inspired by four different artists (including me!). 🌞 You can of course also view all our work during the dinner!

Love some of the new pieces, especially the ones where I worked with a gradient in color. Last time I worked with gradients was maybe three years ago? Love experimenting with it and love these results! 🧡

Happy to announce that I made 8 new original textile works which will be available soon! ✨️ I'm especially in love with this huuuuge piece in a calming darker color palette.

Next week, on Friday 5 June, is the first chance to see the new pieces during a lovely dinner, organised by . During this dinner you'll eat four courses, each inspired by a different artist, including me! 🍽

What to do with a wall that's more than 6 meters high? Hang a custom made artwork of course! 🤓 swipe to see them installed 👉

Working on this project was a dream, and everything came togetger so nicely. From the bright and cheerful color palette, to the perfectly matched frames made by . 💫

Working on this size was also such a nice variation from what I'm used to, with 230 x 70 cm being way taller than me, which was quite a challenge to handle sometimes 🥴

Finally all wrapped up! This project has been my main focus for the past two months. One of my biggest projects so far, and making something that's literally taller than me is kind of surreal 🥹 I'm really happy to share them with you, from the process all the way to the end result!

It's always a little sad to let go and say goodbye to something I worked so long on, but yesterday I received some photos of them hung in their new home and that really makes it all worth it. 🫶

A special edge (literally) to this project are the frames crafted by , which really make the works pop. ✨

These two were a joy to work on! Made for a friend with a really fun interior. 💚🧡 In this case, being able to match the colors of the works to fit their new home made the result so good. Also, the first pieces where I used this new green that I now have in my pallette. Looking forward to pairing it with pink 👀
