"Uncle Roy's Fish & Chips and Salads" is the only restaurant in Kathmandu that serves exclusively classic and traditional fish & chips, a delectable range of fried and grilled fish

and seafood, and a selection of fresh salads. Uncle Roy (Rohit), relocated from Sydney, Australia, after working there for many years as a chef specializing in seafood cuisine, to set up his own restaurant in his hometown. We also cater for parties, functions and events and delivery of lunch to corporate offices.
