You don’t always need much to make some thing that has a cool effect. I would even go so far as to say this paper looks sexy. Just two dollar shop brown paper and some paint lightly sponged on.

So I arrive ‘ home ‘ to a taste of my childhood- GINGER GEMS! The very long drive was worth it just for the taste. Anyone else remember eating gems? It was probably 50 years between bites. 😂❤️

The Apprentice Report Card 📋🎨
Apprentice: The 5-Year-Old Visionary
Studio Session: Weekend Intensive
Subject: Colour Theory
Grade: A+
Comments: Attempted to use nearly every pigment in the building. High-intensity palette; no shade left behind.
Subject: Tool Mastery
Grade: Honors
Comments: Exceptional use of all available application methods. Brushes, rollers, and scrapers were deployed with expert-level enthusiasm.
Subject: Focus & Vision
Grade: Outstanding
Comments: Approached the canvas with incredible vision and “all-in” motivation. The intense concentration was matched only by the size of the proud smile at the finish line.
Subject: Studio Maintenance
Grade: Room for Improvement
Comments: While his creative output is elite, his interest in cleaning brushes remains... let’s say, minimal. 🧼🚫
Overall Summary: A highly successful residency! The pride in his work shines through every masterpiece.

A wee mid week experiment all dry - just small while I’m test things. More small tests over the weekend. What do think? What else do these mix of collage and wet felting need?
