And perhaps the greatest joy of a Tuscan-style kitchen is the food lovingly prepared by Nonna — fresh from the garden and farm, rich with the flavours of the land, and served with generations of love.

Living in it, cooking in it, breathing it in… is the best way to understand the timeless beauty of a truly Tuscan kitchen. 🇮🇹

As a kitchen architect these are the spaces I love to discover — kitchens with soul, history and a sense of permanence.

I must be missing building sites if I’m now photographing this in Tuscany.

A considered design vision. An inspiring new chapter for a wonderfully creative client - and our third project together. This concept brings together rich textures, a refined palette and distinctive details, creating a home that feels deeply personal, expressive and effortlessly sophisticated. A curated selection of visual references, sourced for inspiration, to capture the mood and direction of the project. I'm excited to see this vision unfold.

Materiality, in its most considered form. A raw, organic bathroom shaped by bold design intent and a deeply natural palette. Tonal repetition creates cohesion, while layered patterns and textures bring quiet complexity. Handcrafted floor tiles ground the space, washed timber introduces warmth and aged brass tapware adds depth - evolving beautifully as it patinates with time. A study in texture, authenticity and enduring luxury. Tiles from: OBERY Bathroom fittings from : Plumbline Mark Scowen (Intense Ltd)
