On Monday morning, my precious dog Bella passed away. My heart is completely broken & I am struggling to find the right words but I wanted to share her beautiful face with you all.

She was my constant companion, my absolute best friend & a massive part of my soul. Everything feels so empty without her & my family & I are navigating an incredibly heavy wave of grief right now.

Thank you for filling my life with so much unconditional love, my sweet girl. Rest peacefully, my darling Bella. The house is far too quiet without you here but my heart will hold you close & love you forever 🤍

I am sorry if I am a bit quiet on here for the next wee while but I do plan to share some work soon.

When the portrait looks so real you have to give it a sniff!.

Miss Zephyr was the lucky winner of my pet portrait giveaway & her mum sent through this beautiful photo of her posing with her custom plywood round. She shared the sweetest reaction:

"Holy heck you are so talented! I absolutely love it. I showed Zephyr straight away & she tried to lick & sniff it."

From the reference photo to the wall.

Capturing Zephyr’s defined, muscular build on this 43cm plywood round was such a rewarding process. Every detail of her short coat was hand-drawn using Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils, then sealed with a premium satin varnish.

The secret is officially out, & the final piece is here.

Following on from yesterday's reveal, I'm so proud to share the finished tribute to Oscar. The most rewarding projects honor a lifetime of love, & it was an absolute privilege to capture his beautiful soul, layer by detailed layer.

He is hand-drawn using Faber-Castell Polychromos colour pencils on a gorgeous 25.5cm plywood round (1.2cm thick), finished with a soft satin varnish.

Bringing comfort to healing hearts through my art means the absolute world to me. Forever loved, sweet Oscar.

I’m currently busy working on top-secret commissions, so here is a quick look back at my 2026 pet portraits so far!

Prepare for cuteness overload! 😍

I had the absolute joy of bringing adorable Chloe to life in this latest commission.

Created with rich Faber-Castell Polychromos colour pencils over an acrylic base on a 43cm plywood round, 1.2cm thick & sealed with a satin varnish to keep her bright personality protected forever.

Her parents couldn't be happier with the final result. Take a look at the finished piece side-by-side with the reference photo!.
