Dinner hack when I'm on fire with a fever and chills.
Standing for more than five minutes at a time was not happening today. It was full on viral warfare and I managed to surface long enough to make sure my family still had a delicious dinner.
I now keep these in the freezer for emergencies like today.
Not everything has to be prepped at home. Dinner cost $6.00 for four serves. I reckon that's winning.

What are your dinner hacks when you're under the weather? I'd love to know

I have not made these. For the simple reason that they would not last five minutes in my house! And then we would have to make more ha ha. Gotta be treatwise

I did not want to cook tonight.

I made the Versatile Smooth Soup and then had Fruit Crumble leftovers from yesterday with yummy Hokey Pokey ice cream.

This soup freezes well and I know it's something even our fussiest eater will enjoy.

Will link the recipes in the comments.
Thermomix®️ just makes life easier.

Team Classic or Team Improved?
Lunchbox snacks needed sorting and somehow we ended up here 😅
I added cranberries and chocolate to ANZAC slice and honestly? So scrumptious.

Tell me — do you stick to the original or do you tweak recipes like this?

This has gotta be illegal.
I genuinely thought hollandaise was one of those “leave it to the restaurants” things.

Turns out… it’s not. Now I’m slightly concerned about the level of power I have 😂

This is why I love this thing. Not because I’m fancy… (we know I'm definitely not) but because it makes me feel like I can have fancy things.

If you’ve ever wondered about Thermomix...
Happy to chat ❤️

Feed 6 for under $20. I don’t need gourmet.
I need food that feeds everyone, that doesn’t cost a fortune and actually gets eaten.
This feeds six for under $20 and there were no complaints (which is rare 😅)
That’s a win in my house.

Made dandelion gummies in the Thermomix…

they LOOK amazing…

they taste like regret 😂

I really thought I was out here foraging like a woodland queen…

Turns out I made botanical sadness.

Anyway — back to meals that actually taste good 🫠

Please tell me I’m not the only one who’s made something that looked incredible and tasted like a bad life choice??

Not everyone’s energy is loud, hyped, and unshakeable.

Some of us show up tired.
Some of us show up overwhelmed.
Some of us show up anyway.

That’s the energy I respect.

Because real life isn’t a highlight reel —
and building something sustainable requires more than just “good vibes”.

It requires honesty. Consistency. And showing up even when it’s hard.

If that’s your energy… you’re my kind of person.
