After a huge summer break, I'm back in the fudge kitchen this weekend!

Alot has happened since I last posted....a big birthday was had (50's are fabulous so far) lots of family and friend catch ups, and generally just enjoying the summer.

I've had a few orders come in, thankyou, so now it's time to get back into the kitchen and plan for the year ahead!

This weekend I'm making Russian Fudge bars, individually packaged - perfect for that sweet treat for someone special. Message me for your order ❤️

What a year its been in the fudge kitchen ❤️

I'm hanging up my apron for the year, having a bit of a break from my mahi, and will look forward to spreading more sweetness in 2026.

Needless to say Frankie is over mum being in the kitchen and looking forward to more outdoor activities 😊

Very proud of what Ive achieved this year, and especially over the last month- my wooden spoon hasn't faulted!

I'm only as good because of the support I have, so a big thankyou goes to Nate for his immaculate packaging skills and Jasmine for the emergency trips to town, and the energy you give me to keep going!
And to Thomas for your undying belief in your mum x

I've been in business one whole year!
Its been a whirlwind, and honestly amazing that my product has been so successful.

Long time between posting, life's taken over!

You may not know this about me - my fudge making takes place after my full time mahi in my home registered kitchen. I learnt very quickly how best to spend my 'home time' and how much energy I have at the end of a work day (and when the kitchen is free 🙂)
You may wait a bit for an order, but be sure I've given my best ❤️

Hope you are all well and looking forward to warmer days - and whitebait season (of course)

I'm in the fudge kitchen this weekend so if you need some sweetness - order by 5pm Friday for next week delivery.

Back into the fudge kitchen today, 10kg of the sweet stuff all ready to package and deliver tomorrow - and more orders in for next weekend already!

I've been absolutely overwhelmed with your kind words about my product - thankyou so much ❤️

Still planning and working toward a market stall to showcase the sweetness, I've been collecting props and display cases - any ideas for my first one?
