"Highly recommend Van Dyks Flooring Xtra Matamata. From start to finish, the service was absolutely outstanding.
From our very first visit, Rebecca was so helpful. She sent us home with plenty of samples and really listened to what we were trying to match in our home. When we went back a second time, she was just as patient and helpful, giving us more samples until we found exactly the right fit.
Once we returned the samples and made our final choice, Louise was quickly booked in for the measure and quote. The whole process was seamless, and once we accepted the quote, we were given clear dates for the laminate to be laid first, followed by the carpet a few days later.
On the day the laminate was installed, a few unexpected decisions had to be made, but we were kept informed with phone calls throughout the day, which we really appreciated. It was great to feel involved and updated the whole way through.
The carpet installation then went perfectly. We came home from work and it was all done, and it looked absolutely amazing. We were so happy with the finished result.
To top it all off, Rebecca even came to our home afterwards to see the finished job and delivered a lovely care package, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
We are absolutely thrilled with both the laminate and carpet, and we wouldn’t hesitate to use Van Dyks Flooring Xtra again. Fantastic customer service, great communication, and beautiful workmanship."
