Decor NATion is a beautiful collection of prints inspired by nature.

I believe in sustainable designer decor that doesn't cost the Earth!

I make art & pottery for people who appreciate simple designs, using neutral colours, with a subject matter that helps create a grounding connection to nature within your home.

Besides being aesthetically beau

tifully, health experts say incorporating natural elements into your home can improve your happiness and well-being. No matter what the season is you can bring this aesthetic into your everyday life. When I was younger I grew up in the country in a self sustainable tiny hut. We lived off the grid, ate what we caught or grew and entertained ourselves in our surrounding landscape with countless adventures! It was nothing flash, a slow way to live but a rewarding one deeply connected to nature. Soon after moving to the city for work I found myself frustrated with it's busy pace. More important than ever was the regular need to escape to natural surroundings, to embrace a slower way of living, seeking a deeper connection to nature, mindfulness and grounding. My happy place is foraging at the beach, making arrangements for my product photography or drawing inspiration from the bush for my next illustration. This grounding gives me energy to take back to my at home studio in the city and create artisan products for you.

A thriller / rom-com where tensions run high, budgets are “estimated”… and somehow a ‘I’ll just chuck that in the spare room’ turned into a full makeover.

plot twist: the main character (me) gently convinces (gaslights 😅) her husband into thinking it was his idea all along
“remember you said this space just needed a lick of paint and some new art to bring it to life?”

behind the scenes: one morning coffee staring at a blank room and suddenly that Pinterest board turns into moving furniture, new bedding, trip to Bunnings, hunting for new frames and finding the perfect botanical wall art to actually make it feel finished

because the truth is…. Once I get fixated on an idea from Pinterest it’s got to be done, even if my husband doesn’t see the vision ✨

so now I need to know…

We’ve made staying in touch easier… but less meaningful.

Meeting this customer on Saturday honestly stuck with me.

She told me her and her best friend live long distance, and instead of just texting, they send each other handwritten cards and letters.

Not because it’s convenient.
But because it means more.

She chose my “you’re one in a melon” card knowing her friend would love it — not just for the design, but for what it represents.

Time. Thought. Effort. Connection.

Because when you handwrite something, you choose your words differently.
You slow down. You feel it more.
And the person receiving it feels that too.

It becomes something they keep. Something they come back to.

And I just loved that.

POV: you’re exhausted all week… but somehow excited to wake up at 6am for a “hobby” 🤭

Hobbies are wild as an adult.

All week I’m counting down to rest… and then Saturday rolls around and I’m up early, loading the car, setting up my little market stall like it’s the biggest event of the week.

But honestly? This doesn’t feel like work.

It’s slow mornings, setting out my botanical wall art, chatting to people about their stories, helping someone find a birth flower print that actually means something to them.

It’s turning something creative into meaningful home decor that lives in someone’s space… and that feeling never gets old.

And that audio is right — the only opponent really is yourself. Showing up, even when you’re tired. Backing your ideas. Doing the thing anyway.
