This season I will be leaning heavily into more sustainable "seasonal" blooms.
My regular wholesaler has closed business and if I'm honest flowers are becoming increasingly boring and inconsistent in quality through the wholesale market we have in New Zealand.
We are very lucky to have beautiful growers here in Mid Canterbury and I'd much rather spend your budgets with field fresh blooms with no middleman or extra miles on the courier!
