🤪STORY TIME🤓
A couple of nights ago I forgot to take a frozen chook out of the freezer to pop in the crockpot the following morning to make our famous chicken casserole dish for dinner. Oopps!
No bother I’ll go to my local 4 square and buy a cooked chicken! … unfortunately these were all sold out, oh dear. Okay I’ll buy a defrosted chicken and put it in the oven.
I knew this chicken was going to take a couple of hours to roast leading to a very late dinner, prior to popping it in the oven one of my lovely Irishmen said why don’t you use the thermomix! That’s the best thing he has said all season 🤯😎
Cooked through steam this 1.6kg of yumminess only took 60 minutes in the thermy. My goodness this machine blows me away, I feel grateful everyday 🥰

🔥Varoma (turn the dial completely)
💭 Speed 1
Place 1000g of boiling water into the bowl and place the chicken in the varoma dish. I also kept the juices for chicken stock 🤪
