One of those busy family days...
After school pick-ups, swimming lessons and all the usual afternoon chaos, dinner still needed to make its way onto the table!
Last night's menu was Marry Me Chicken Pasta, and thanks to my Thermomix, it came together quickly while I could spend time with my family instead of standing in the kitchen.
The sourdough? That had been quietly coming together throughout the day while I was working from home. Every time I needed a screen break, I got up to stretch, fold the dough and enjoy a few minutes away from my desk. By dinner time, we had a beautiful homemade loaf ready to enjoy alongside our meal.
