And here we are in August already, winter is just galloping by.

Half of me is terrifically excited for spring and the other half just wants winter to slow down a wee bit so I can have more design time!

I haven't got half as much done as I hoped but there's loads of projects in the half complete stage.

Hopefully they all come together fairly speedily over the next few weeks so I can have some guilt-free garden time in Sept 😝

In the meantime here is the Tui.

Some beautiful fleeces have come through the workshop this summer. As always, I miscalculated the finish time! I’m sure there used to be more hours in the days?

Had hoped to have them done by the start of March but here we are in April…again! I always try to finish the rugs to a high standard and this does take a bit longer. I think the end result is worth it though!

Here are a selection of my favourites from this season. A number have already found homes with those on the wait list but there are a still a good collection which will be coming with me to the market. If you are interested in a particular size, colour or shape of rug please let me know and I will pop you on the wait list for next season.

If you are in the area on Sunday 7th, 14th or 21st of April pop in to Arrowtown Market for a visit and I’ll also be at The Arrowtown Autumn Festival on Saturday 27th April 🍂🍁🍂

Packed up the rugmaking workshop today. My five big tables are stacked against the wall and I'm left with just this teeny tiny little spot!

There's actually a rather nice view of the garden out the window - just need to get out there and do some pruning so I can see it! 😁

Looking forward to winter and a bit of unwind time. So many things to do! 😃

Lucky I still have a big warm workroom down the end of the house to keep busy in ♥️

It's a beautiful autumn day and I'm having an afternoon off!

Finally managed to get everything finished up, tidied away and ready for the end of the season.

It's been a very busy last quarter at Love Felt HQ that's for sure.

Facebook tells me I haven't done anything for 56 days!
Has it really been that long?!

We've all been extremely busy with the new arrival, it takes a pack to raise a pup and mine have done an outstanding job.

In between the usual stuff - making cushions, making cushions, making cushions....I've squeezed in a few new picture designs and made up all of this season's fleeces into rugs.

Thank you to everyone who got themselves on my rug waitlist ❤

You should all have been contacted now - if I've inadvertently missed anyone out please get in touch 😅

I'm packing up the workshop next week, making room for the firewood and the garden furniture.

Looking forward to winter and a slower pace.

There's a couple of design projects to get onto and about a million fibreworks ideas that are crowded into my head and kicking at the doors to get out!

In the meantime there's just a few more markets to go, ending with the Arrowtown Autumn Festival on the second last weekend of April.

Here's a few of my favourite makes from this season.
And I'm adding some puppy photos so you can see how my assistant has grown!
