What an EPIC four days crossing the southern alps (via the Broderick pass) and rafting down the Landsborough river. Unmarked tracks, tenting in the middle of nowhere, dozens of river crossings, scrambling up rocks, level 4 rapids, alpine snowberries, rescuing a can of beer floating down the river, bloody good people and the most STUNNING scenery in the world. Highly recommended. Can’t wait for the next adventure!!!💪🏔️

Did I ever mention that earlier this year (when the glorious sunflowers were out) we shot a nude-in-the-sunflowers calender for charity?!🤭

I hate to do a post like this, but unfortunately the bloody scammers are at it again and using AI (artificial intelligence) to do dirty work using my image to sell BS products that I have absolutely nothing to do with. If you see a video or images of me selling weight loss products it’s absolute bo****ks, please report it. Please know I’d never try to sell you any such products - good eating, sleep and exercise is the only thing I believe in and know that works!
Stay safe online and don’t believe everything you see - AI is becoming very believable.
