Belgotex’s vinyl planks set the foundation for Kaiora Café, a welcoming place for people to connect and unwind in the heart of the ANZ Centre.

Positioned beside the main lobby, the relocated café anchors the space and draws people in seamlessly from multiple entry points.

The flooring selected was Amtico First, a durable and cost-effective timber-look plank. The colour selection, Station Oak was chosen to complement the existing flooring while supporting the demands of a high-traffic commercial environment.

Designed for a Japanese tech company based in Sweden, this considered office in Gothenburg, Sweden featuring BJELIN was built with employee wellbeing in mind.

Nominated for Sweden’s Best Office 2025, the Japandi inspired fit-out is a beautiful expression of Scandinavian calm and Japanese precision. Industrial details, such as the open roof, are softened by the warmth and texture of the timber, creating a refined and modern aesthetic.

Belgotex are proud to announce that our custom carpet fit out at the Christchurch Casino has been named as a finalist for Commercial Carpet of the Year at the recent FloorNZ Excellence in Flooring Awards 2025.

A key technical challenge for our in house carpet designer was achieving a seamless, large-scale visual pattern using individual carpet tiles. The flooring centered on a 10m x 10m master repeat, broken into 20 unique tile designs to create a seamless, continuous pattern across more than 3,000m².

The result is a bold, immersive floor that transforms the atmosphere of the casino while delivering the long-term performance required of a high-traffic hospitality space.
