Mr French Originals and myself are a small business, 2025 was tough, as it was for many businesses. But we soldiered on. I like to be hopeful and always optimistic about life and what it brings. But this morning when l opened the shop and found the orchids that my mother gave me last year, before she passed, away stolen from our shop front I despaired. Who would do this? Have they no concept of the sorrow they cause? Have they no empathy whatsoever? I like to think the best of mankind but some days it is very hard.
