Been a minute since I have done any baking. The starship big back off fundraiser starts on Monday. First challenge is a nostalgic bake. Who else remembers their Mums or Nana making a marshmallow and jam slice?

Short on time? Here is my more modern version. Weetbix and coconut slice base, pre made 4 fruits jam - as thats what I had and a bag of Pascal marshmallows.

Total of 33 minutes to make and cook.
Now to leave it to cool long enough to set and slice.

A difficult Goodbye from Kylie Lillybit's Kitchen...

After a lot of thought and reflection I have made the incredibly difficult decision to close Kylie Lillybit's Kitchen.

What started as a dream to share my love of baking with others has been a journey filled with joy, learning, and so many wonderful connections. I am deeply grateful to every single person who ordered from me, visited me at markets, shared my posts and encourage me along the way. Your support has meant more than words can express.

Running a small business while balancing family life, homeschooling, and the day to day realities of life has both rewarding and challenging. At this point, i need to step back and focus my time, energy and resources on my family and other priorities

Any orders already placed will of course be honored.

Thank you for believing in my little business and for being part of this journey.
