Tip for your Tuesday!

Black cardamon pods are used in quite a few paste recipes and when I first come across it, I’d never heard of them. They are about 3 times the size of the green cardamom pods we are all used to and use.

You can get them at Wānaka new world and previous to that I used to order online.

They really do have a different taste so totally worth grabbing them if your get the opportunity 🥰

Cookidoo is the triple tested recipe platform for Thermomix. I’ve been a consultant a few years now and still trying new recipes. Before the thermomix I would just make my same fav foods on rotation and with this app I can search ingredients to find a recipe, I can create a weekly menu plan, a shopping list and loads more. I love it and highly recommend to use it when you’re just starting out as I can’t tell you how many times I underestimated the power of this machine when using the manual modes.

I’ve been so busy this summer season and I really havnt been using my machine as much as I would like and now we are slowing down for autumn/winter, I’m excited to get cooking again.
