Mushroom risotto is one of our go to demo recipes as it shows many cool functions of the Thermomix plus it’s a super quick meal for the time we have available and mostly hand free!

Cookidoo has quite a few different recipes and so I tried one I hadn’t made and it was yum! I always double the cheese as why wouldn’t you 🥰

Zac was on dinner last night and he just loves the massive screen on the TM7 compared with the TM6

Demo tomorrow and a fresh batch of tandoori paste for the curry. No nasty preservatives and tastes next level.

It uses black cardamom pods which before a Thermomix I never knew about. They were a bit hard to find but now days Wānaka new world stocks them! Such a deeper flavour than the green ones.

It also used Kashmiri chilli powder which I never knew about. It’s all the flavour, none of the heat. Please don’t substitute chilli powder if making this as with the same amount it would blow your socks off!!

Lasts for ages in the grand I even portioned up a few single serves for the freezer for demos!

Demo tomorrow and a fresh batch of tandoori paste for the curry. No nasty preservatives and tastes next level.
