Huge, huge congratulations to James, Sarah and the entire team on earning a Michelin Star. What an incredible and well-deserved achievement.
Just over a year ago we had the privilege of completing the renovation of Kika in what can only be described as a very intense (and slightly mad!) nine days. I’d worked with James and Sarah previously on elements within their other restaurants, but this project gave me the opportunity to really immerse myself in their story, understand their vision, and help create a space that reflected where they were heading.
Watching the passion, care and relentless hard work that goes into every detail, it was impossible not to know they were building something special. Their entire team was an absolute pleasure to work alongside throughout the renovation, and they should all be incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved.
The biggest congratulations to a team that truly deserves this recognition.
