Samples are pouring in, and they’re looking great! We’re coming near the end of our drafting phase with our local manufacturers and are very happy with how they’ve turned out. With only a few minor improvements to make, we’re hoping to have your first batch of stock soon, and start fulfilling all of your pre-orders in two to three weeks.

Happy New Year! We've received an update from our manufacturer that things are progressing well, and are expecting to send us our first run of Gecko Planters in March. Once they arrive it will be all hands on deck packing your orders. As such we are still currently on track to deliver your planters in March 🪴📦

For some of you it's been a while since your pre-order. Closer to the time of fulfillment we'll be sending you an email to confirm your shipping address to make sure they get sent to you.

Until then, here are some pictures from our manufacturer of the tools that will be used to bring our little idea to life! We can't wait to see how the samples turn out, and will keep you updated on the progress along the way.

This year has been a wild ride, and we'd be lying if we said it was easy! Manufacturing a new product from scratch has been a roller coaster of a journey, with so many unexpected turns, pivots, ups and downs and all the rest.

Throughout this time we have been extremely grateful for your patience while we get the first run of our Gecko Planter Colour Collection manufactured. It's been both daunting and exciting to see a random idea between friends come to life, and we can't wait to get your pre-orders to you all in March! Despite the wait, we're very confident you'll love your Gecko Planters 🪴

In October I took a trip to Hamilton to visit our manufacturer where I took this picture. They've been a part of this process for two years now, so it was great to finally meet in person and take the steps needed to turn our designs into reality.

We'll be sure to post more on socials to keep you all in the loop. But for now, we just want to say thanks again for your support this year, and we hope you have a great Christmas and have a Happy New Year 🎉

And with that, our Gecko Planter Colour Collection Kickstarter campaign is finished! Thank you to everyone who supported along the way. Because of you we were able to raise 431% of our funding goal, which is an unimaginable outcome for us🎉.

We'll now be progressing with manufacturing to bring your pre-ordered Gecko Planters to you as soon as possible. We can't wait to see them add life, not holes to your walls soon!
