💚 THERMOMIX WILL BE AT THE WHANGĀREI SHAPING YOUR LEGACY EXPO 💚

This event is a little different for me, and one that sits very close to my heart.

After losing our beautiful Ella, I learnt firsthand that grief changes absolutely everything. Things you once did without thinking can suddenly feel like huge tasks. Some days, just deciding what to have for dinner, going to the supermarket or finding the energy to cook can feel like too much.

Grief can leave you feeling completely lost, and learning how to live this new life you never asked for takes time.

That’s why being part of the Whangārei Shaping Your Legacy Expo during Dying Matters Week Northland means so much to me.

I’ll be there with Thermomix, not just to talk about a kitchen appliance, but to show how it can take away some of the thinking and effort around feeding yourself.

Maybe you’ve lost the person who always did the cooking. Maybe you’re suddenly cooking for one. Maybe grief has taken away your motivation to look after yourself. Or perhaps life has simply reminded you that your health matters, and you’re ready to make some changes.

I understand how hard those seemingly little things can be.

Thermomix can't take away grief. Nothing can. But if it can make one part of your day a little easier, help you put a nourishing meal on the table when you don't have much left in the tank, or help you start looking after yourself again, then that matters.

When you’re a Thermomix consultant, even holidays somehow turn into food research. Sampling the local flavours, checking out the ingredients and thinking… “Ooooh, I wonder if I could make this in the Thermomix?” 🤣

It’s a tough job… but someone’s got to do it!
