​Hindi kailangan ng magarbo para maging masarap ang Iftar. Beef Ampalaya with Egg is a childhood favorite, and who doesn’t love Hash Browns? Matching it with my homemade Detox Juice to stay hydrated and fresh. Alhamdulillah for another day of fasting! 🤲❤️

Ramadan Day 13: Healthy Samgyup Style! 🌿🔥

Breaking the fast with a protein-packed meal! Pinili natin ang thin slices of beef/chicken and fresh veggies. Minimal oil, high fiber, and definitely high in satisfaction. Proof na pwedeng maging "indulgent" ang meal without the guilt. Alhamdulillah for this blessing! 🤲🥘

​Quick Jollibee stop para sa "First Bite," pero diretso uwi pa rin because nothing beats the lutong-bahay Iftar. Iba pa rin ang handang may pagmamahal sa bahay 🏠✨
at may pa SIMPLE PERO yum yum na salad tayo na inihanda sa cravings natin ❤️ alhamdullillah ☝️

Sabi sa Hadith, whoever provides food for a fasting person to break their fast earns the same reward as them (At-Tirmidhi 807).
