A finished project from last year. A one bedroom condo unit in BGC.

In this project, we were challenged to have a very specific and very limited budget to work on. The client is based in another country and entrusted us to transform her condo unit so her family can have a nice place to stay during vacations in the Philippines and to have an appealing short or long-term rental unit that will generate an extra income for her.

Working on a very limited budget requires us to be resourceful, flexible, and extra creative to make the space aesthetically appealing without sacrificing quality and functionality.

The kitchen and dining area are considered the heart of every home.
This kitchen is both functional and aesthetically pleasing. It features a unique sintered stone countertop and backsplash, high quality modular cabinets and drawers, an under cabinet lights for task lighting and ambiance.
We also incorporated a very functional and easy to use laundry area with washer and dryer, with ample storage for laundry and cleaning materials.
