💜 Story Time: The Art of the "Re-Do" ✨
​Sometimes, the best part of being a creator is looking back at where you started and realizing how much you’ve grown.
​Last year, I made this special bouquet for my daughter. I loved the flowers, but every time I looked at the wrapping, I just wasn't satisfied. We’ve all been there, right? 🤣 My first attempt felt a little "bad" compared to what I knew I could do now.
​So, last night, I decided it was time for a makeover! I grabbed my new "toys"—some elegant deep purple and goldr-lined wraps—and spent the evening re-doing the whole look. Whala! Now, these everlasting blooms finally have the "bling" they deserve. It’s a great reminder that it’s never too late to improve, to polish, and to make something even more beautiful than it was before. Just like in my baking and my garden, patience and a little "re-do" magic make all the difference!

The Quiet Magic of the "Design Board" ✨🌙
​The house is quiet, the Baguio evening chill is setting in, and this is my favorite time of day.
​Before I turn off the lights, I like to lay out my "ingredients" for tomorrow. Looking at this board—with the tiny charms, the golden tassels, and the shimmering chains—it feels like looking at a map of possibilities. Each little piece, from the tiny yin-yang to the delicate flowers, is waiting for its turn to become part of someone’s story.
​People often see the finished jewelry, but the real magic happens right here, in the "rest" and the planning. Sometimes, I just move a charm an inch to the left, or pair a pearl with a new color, and Whala! A new idea sparks.
​I’ve learned that creativity needs rest just as much as it needs action. By laying these out tonight, I’m giving my mind permission to dream while I sleep. I’m grateful for this little corner of my world where I get to be a "gardener" of sparkles.
​Tomorrow, these bits and pieces will become something beautiful. But for tonight, they are just a promise of the "Simplebling" magic to come.

Story Time: One Heart, Many Languages 💜🎂
​Sometimes, words aren't enough to say what we feel. That’s why I have my "toys."
​When I’m in the kitchen, smoothing out lavender frosting or carefully cutting out fondant petals for a "Chapter 24" celebration, I’m not just baking a cake.
I’m crafting a memory.
I’m using my hands to tell someone,
"You are celebrated. You are sweet.
You are worth this effort."
​But my creativity doesn't stop when the oven timer goes off.
To some, these are three different hobbies—Baking, Resin Art, and Crafts. But to me, they are all the same language. It’s the language of Self-Expression.
I’ve learned that expressing yourself isn't about being the best at one thing;
it’s about being brave enough to try every thing that makes your heart beat a little faster.
Whether I’m working with sugar, clay, resin, or soil, the goal is always the same: to take a "Simple" moment and give it that "Bling" spark that only a handmade touch can provide.
​I used to worry that doing so many things meant I didn't have a "real" identity. Now I realize that my identity is the variety! I am a baker, a crafter, and an artist. And most importantly, I am someone who isn't afraid to let my soul play "under the sun."
​Don't be afraid to express yourself in more than one way. Your heart is too big to speak just one language!

​I was looking at my latest "Whala!" creations today—these beautiful, snowy-white shapes—and it hit me. While I love adding the "Bling" myself, there is a special kind of magic in letting someone else find their own spark.

​Parents, have you ever seen a child with a fresh box of crayons or a set of paints? Their eyes light up because they don’t see a plain white heart, a little car, or a sleeping puppy. They see a masterpiece waiting to happen! They see a world where a car can be purple with yellow polka dots, and a puppy can have glittery blue ears.
