Minsan akala natin the darkness is there to destroy us.
Pero what if… it’s there to expose us?

Yung pain.
Yung rejection.
Yung disappointment.
Hindi lang siya nangyari “by accident.”

The darkness you experience will reveal what’s really inside.
Hidden pride.
Unhealed wounds.
Wrong motives.
Silent insecurities.

Masakit makita ang totoo.
Kasi mas madaling magpanggap kaysa umamin.

But here’s the truth:
Everything God allowed you to go through has a purpose.
Not to shame you.
Not to break you.
But to grow you.

As long as you’re humble enough to say,
“Lord, this hurts… but teach me.”
“Lord, expose what needs to change.”
“Lord, heal what I’ve been hiding.”

Oo, it may hurt at first.
Ang hirap tanggapin na may mali.
Ang hirap aminin na may sugat pa pala.

But healing only begins when honesty begins.

Darkness is not the end of your story.
It’s the place where truth becomes clear.
And when truth becomes clear, growth becomes possible.

So be patient with yourself.

Minsan pakiramdam natin kailangan pa nating magdagdag ng good works, effort, performance, para maging acceptable sa Diyos. Pero ang totoo, what Jesus did on the cross is complete. Wala kang kailangang idagdag sa ginawa Niya.

Hindi tayo naligtas dahil sa ginagawa natin, kundi dahil sa natapos na gawa ni Cristo. Jesus paid it all, fully, perfectly, once and for all.

Hindi mo kailangang pagtrabahuhan ang tinapos na ni Jesus. Hindi mo kailangang bayaran ang binayaran na Niya. Pero ang tunay na kaligtasan ay nagbubunga ng pagbabago.

So stop trying to earn what has already been finished. Rest in Christ. Trust in His work. Jesus is enough.

Prayer changes things—but just as importantly, it changes you. It softens hardened places, brings clarity to confusion, and replaces fear with peace. When you choose to pray instead of panic, to worship instead of worry, you are declaring that your faith is greater than your circumstance.

Never underestimate what happens when you pray. Seeds are planted. Chains are broken. Strength is renewed. Heaven listens. And even when the answer takes time, God is already at work in ways you cannot yet see. 🤍
