Golden, crispy, and filled with creamy crab goodness 🀀 This Crab Rangoon is the perfect appetizer to impress your family and friends!

Here’s how to make it:

πŸ“Ingredients:

6–8 pcs crab sticks
1 bar cream cheese (226g)
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped spring onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Wanton / molo wrapper
Oil for frying
Sweet chili sauce (for dip)
Garnish: spring onion or parsley

Mix cream cheese, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, spring onion, mayonnaise, and shredded crab sticks until well combined.
Place a spoonful of mixture in the center of each wrapper and seal tightly.
Heat oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve with sweet chili sauce and enjoy!

πŸ‘‰ Ingredients Used:

1 kilo chicken (any part)
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp pepper
1 egg
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 tbsp cornstarch
Β½ tsp salt
Β½ tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter or margarine
2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
4 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
Sesame seeds / chopped parsley (optional)

πŸ‘‰ Instructions:

1. Season chicken with Β½ tsp salt and Β½ tsp pepper. Add 1 egg and mix well.
2. In a bowl, combine 3 tbsp flour, 3 tbsp cornstarch, Β½ tsp salt, and Β½ tsp pepper.
3. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
4. Fry until golden brown, let rest for a few minutes, then double-fry for extra crispiness.
5. For the sauce: melt 2 tbsp butter, then add gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Cook until thick and glossy.
6. Toss in the fried chicken until fully coated.
7. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or chopped parsley before serving.
