6 Chicken Lunch Meal Prep Recipes π±ππ₯

1. Garlic Butter Chicken with Rice and Broccoli π§π§π
Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups steamed broccoli
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Lemon wedges, optional
Instructions:
Season the chicken with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked.
Add butter and minced garlic. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the chicken is coated in the garlic butter sauce.
Pack with white rice and steamed broccoli.
Sprinkle with parsley and add a lemon wedge if desired.
2. Honey Mustard Chicken with Roasted Potatoes π―π₯
Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast, sliced
3 cups roasted potato cubes
2 cups green beans
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, black pepper, and paprika, to taste
Honey Mustard Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook in a skillet with olive oil until golden and fully cooked.
Mix the honey mustard sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over the chicken and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until glossy.
Pack with roasted potatoes and green beans.
3. Teriyaki Chicken with Rice and Vegetables ππ₯¦π₯
Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast or thighs, cut into pieces
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup broccoli
1 cup carrots
Sesame seeds
Green onions
Teriyaki Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp honey or brown sugar
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
Cook the chicken in a skillet until golden.
Mix soy sauce, honey, water, vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce becomes thick and glossy.
Pack with white rice, broccoli, and carrots.
Top with sesame seeds and green onions.
4. Creamy Cajun Chicken Pasta ππ₯
Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast, sliced
300 g pasta, cooked
1 cup bell peppers, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Parsley, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook in olive oil until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and bell peppers. Cook for a few minutes.
Add heavy cream and parmesan cheese. Stir until creamy.
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the pan. Mix well.
Pack into containers and garnish with parsley.
5. Lemon Herb Chicken with Mashed Potatoes and Vegetables ππΏ
Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast
3 cups mashed potatoes
2 cups mixed vegetables
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Lemon slices, optional
Instructions:
Season the chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cook in a skillet until golden outside and juicy inside.
Slice the chicken and pack with mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables.
Add lemon slices on top for extra flavor.

Ingredients:
700 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups green beans

Sweet Chili Sauce:
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Cook in a skillet with oil until golden and fully cooked.
Mix the sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
Pour over the chicken and cook until sticky and glossy.
Pack with white rice and green beans.
Top with green onions.
